End User License Agreement

Definitions

  • The software – a Chrome extension that enables sending personalized WhatsApp messages through any system.
  • User – any individual or entity who has installed or purchased access to the software.
  • Operator – Otherwise Ltd. or any authorized party operating on its behalf.
  • Message – any communication sent via WhatsApp through the software by the user or someone acting on their behalf.
  • Recipient – the person who receives a message from the user via the software.

General

  1. This End User License Agreement (EULA) governs your use of the Otherwise Extension and constitutes a binding legal agreement between you (the user) and the operator.
  2. The operator reserves the right to update or modify this agreement at any time without prior notice. Changes will become effective upon being posted on the operator’s official platform or website.
  3. By using the software, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this agreement.
  4. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you must not use the software.

Your Use of the Software

  1. The software license is granted upon payment of a usage fee, as outlined on the official pricing page provided by Otherwise Ltd.
  2. The operator may change the pricing structure or usage fee at its sole discretion.
  3. The software becomes available for use following successful installation and activation.
  4. The user agrees not to engage in any illegal activity or misuse of the software.
  5. The user agrees to comply with WhatsApp’s Terms of Service. The operator bears no responsibility for any account restrictions or terminations initiated by WhatsApp.
  6. It is strictly prohibited to use the software for sending messages that violate WhatsApp’s terms or any applicable law.

Prohibited Content

  1. The user must not use the software to distribute or promote the following types of content:

    – Pornographic or sexually explicit services.

    – Offers involving weapons, drugs, or other illegal substances.

    – Promotion of illegal services or unauthorized software.

    – Content exploiting or endangering minors.

    – Offensive, discriminatory, or racist content.

    – Personal information of third parties without consent.

  1. Violation of this agreement or applicable law may result in license revocation or access being blocked.
  2. The user is fully responsible for any content transmitted using the software.
  3. Any use of the software for defamatory or offensive purposes is strictly forbidden.
  4. The operator reserves the right, but is not obligated, to pursue legal action against any user violating this agreement or applicable laws.

Otherwise extention is an independent software developed by otherwise Ltd. and does not have any business relations with WhatsApp or any CRM company.
